Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Kamron. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Refunds:

Unfortunately, we do not accept offer returns & refunds on any products purchased from Kamron. All sales are final. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details, specifications, and compatibility before making a purchase decision.


Exchanges:

While we do not provide refunds, we understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure to keep the original invoice, warranty details and the product’s tags should be intact. Proof of purchase is required. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  1. All the returned items are run past our quality checklist, and the replacement is processed only once it passes this stage.
  2. The returned items must be undamaged and handed over as delivered with the tags intact.
  3. The returned items with damages caused due to negligence, improper usage or application is not covered under this returns policy.
  4. Special rules for promo offer might override this Returns Policy.
  5. While we strive to serve as many customers as we can, the reverse pick-up as a facility for some of the remote locations is currently unavailable. But do be rest assured we are working towards it. In the interim, you can dispatch the product back to us and we will initiate the refund once we have received the product and the quality check parameters are in place.
  6. Convenience and delivery charges are not refundable.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@kamron.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on returning the product.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the item.

Processing Time:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible. The processing time may vary based on product availability.
